At Gatsby Jewellery, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery item back in its original display box and secure it within a padded shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
